« My Health 2020 » law provided for an overhaul of the relationship between persons manufacturing or marketing healthcare products or services and healthcare professionals. Decree 2020-730 of June 15, 2020 specified the new procedure to be followed. The two long-awaited decrees completing it and setting the amounts :

• below which benefits in kind or in cash are considered to be of negligible value
• at which an agreement stipulating the granting of benefits is subject to authorization

were published on August 14.
The effective date of the package is October 1, 2020.
